The Inquiry Of Philosophy About Scientific-developing View

The scientific-developing view is a hot issue currently in the researched field of philosophy. However, to understand the scientific-developing view systematically and in-depth, to grasp the scientific-developing view profoundly and correctly, one must start from the Marxism philosophy. The scientific-developing view shines with brilliant light of Marxist philosophy everywhere. The theoretical system of the scientific-developing view can be formed and our practice would be guided only if the scientific-developing view is brought into the Marxism philosophy comprehensively and correctly. It is great practical significance to gain a clear understanding of these issues for constructing harmonious society at present and implementing the goal of constructing well-off society comprehensively. Based on the previous studies, the author studied the scientific-developing view seriously at the angle of Marxism philosophy.In the first part, the evolvement and emergence of the scientific-developing view are discussed. Modernization problem is the core of development theory, and modernization theory is the embodiment of the evolution of the development view. Based on the good results of contemporary western development theory, the three generations of our party leaders summarize the research on the development theory and propose a scientific-developing view suited to China's national conditions.In the second part, the meaning of scientific-developing view is expounded from concept. The scientific-developing view is a new understanding of"development", which is the further improvement of the traditional development view in which the core is"object"."People-oriented"is to achieve the all-around development of society and human beings through the development of"objects", to regard the vast majority of people's existence, democracy and culture rights as the starting point, and to boost the development of the economy and the society for People's benefits and needs."Comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development", the essence of which is harmonious development, is the basis of the scientific-developing view and consists with constructing the harmonious society. The reason why the scientific-developing view is"scientific"lies in that it is reasonable and legitimate in the sense of value and compatible with the people's development view.In the third part, the theoretical foundation of the scientific-developing view is analyzed from a philosophical viewpoint. The theoretical basic of the scientific-developing view is the dialectical materialism view."People-oriented"which is the core of the scientific-developing view embodies that the vast majority of the people with the materialism view are the impetus for history advance. The principal point of the scientific-developing view is development, which emphasizes the development of economy and society is the basis of the all-around development of human, and embodies that social existence determines social consciousness form the materialism view. "Comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development"which is the basic requirements of scientific-developing view embodies the basic views in dialectics that things interrelated, all-around development, integration, etc. The axiology meaning of the scientific-developing view emphasizes that the ultimate value is not the unilateral economic growth, but the achievement of comprehensive human development and happiness of all people.In the forth part, the author summarizes that the new ideas of the scientific-developing view is our party's development concept innovation, and further discusses the implemental mechanism of the scientific-developing view. The scientific-developing view is the latest results of our party's development of the Marxism. The concept of"People-oriented, harmonious development"is another innovation for the development concept"emancipating the mind, seeking truth form facts, advancing with times". To build up and implement the scientific-developing view, it is more important to innovate in the implemented mechanism of the scientific-developing view in practice. Finally, the author proposes that building up the scientific system concept, the correct achievement concept and the scientific evaluation system to ensure the implementation of the scientific-developing.
