The Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Administration Service Center Based On One-stop Service

As establishing and perfecting of socialism market-economy system in China, the reforms and innovations of administration system are been deepened steadily, and new administration forms are constantly emerging. Local administration service central with great characteristics of integration and openness is typical and develops faster. Now it is a hot issue on how administration service center can provide mass satisfaction service in the fields of governments and universities. Since the center is just a reforming attempt, it has confronted with the different kinds of problems in theory and practice, such as, the shorter establishing time, the lower stage of practice exploit and fewer theoretical researches.On the basis of analyzing the different of problems that the center has, this dissertation studies the stems of these problems, and tries to provide the countermeasures from system, mechanism, contents and methods, which could perfect the model of the administration service center. This dissertation includes four parts. Part one introduces the background and significance of the dissertation's theme, the current research of administration service organizations home and aboard, and clarifies the breaching point and innovations of the theme. Part two introduces the basic theories on the concerned center administration service, including it's history, its development, it's functions and it's establishing significance. Part three covers the building of the center administration service in China and emphasizes the problems and its reasons. Part four makes some suggestions on how to improve the administration service center from four ways, which is the key part in the whole dissertation.
