The Performance Analysis And Innovation Of Local Government's Rural Public Utilities Management System

The study on performance analysis and innovation of local government's rural public utilities management system is an objective requirement for building a harmonious socialist society, an important way to actively promote the building of socialist new countryside and service-oriented government, and a fundamental guarantee to achieve a better and faster development of rural public utilities.
