Studies On Ecological Resettlement And Reconstruction Of Communities In Sanjiangyuan Regions

"Sanjiangyuan"is China's most important and most influential ecological regulation regions. It has an important strategic position in China's security of water resources and economic development. With global warming, and the human destruction intensified, local ecological environment is getting worse. In order to protect the ecological environment and improve farmers and herdsmen in production and living conditions, The government is carrying out large-scale ecological immigrant. Athough it is good to improve the ecological environment and promote regional economic development, it also makes the herdsmen left the grassland and give up nomadic.Therefor,the production and lifestyle of the herdsmen is in a dramatic transformation, the herdsmen is facing the important and pressing issue in community reconstruction.The community is traditional content of Sociology, the sociology should pay more attention to community reconstruction. However, there are little studies on community reconstruction. This study take HeYuan Village as an example, describes the transformation in the community structure,economy,life,culture about ecological resettlement, to seek renewal basic trendency, analyze the difficulties which the herdmen is facing,and then,the article gives some advice and measures to resolve it. From this article,we know reconstruct a health operation mechanism is the ultimate goals in community reconstruction.Therefore, the article sums up and reflects on practice which is carrying out in HeYuan village,and trys to make attempt to build on mechanism style about how to reconstruct community.
