A Study On The System Of Villagers' Self-government In The Construction Of The New Socialist Countryside

The villager's self-government is the important content of the Construction of the New Socialist Countryside currently. Perfecting the system of villager's self-government plays an important part in speeding up the democracy construction of the countryside and promoting the development of rural economic. This article summarizes the principle which the system of villager's self-government followed basing on the connotation of the system of villager's self-government. This paper discussed the function localization of villager's self-government in the process of the construction of the new socialist countryside, summarizing the theory and practice significance of the villager's self-government in constructing the Chinese characteristic socialism countryside democracy, perfecting socialist market economic system, constructing the socialism harmonious society, and strengthening and improving the leadership of Party in the view of analysis of theory. It also analyzed the current situation of the villager's self-government, especially the problem of the process of villager's self-government within the background of new socialist countryside construction, trying to analyze the reasons of the problem in the practical view, basing on affirming the results acquired in the process of the villager's self-government. Finally, this article put forward the suggestion of perfecting the villager's self-government and the democracy construction of the countryside, to seek the path of promoting the villager's self-government based on the analysis above.
