Job burnout is a common existence phenomenon, which can affect the organization's efficiency. Therefore, the research on job burnout has attracted more and more attention and increases quickly. Many domestic researches on job burnout are about the teacher, the nurse etc, rarely on civil servants. This research studies on the job burnout of civil servants in Changing including different conditions, influence factors and consequence, and the relevance between which three factors. Through the methods of related analysis, equation analysis and multi-regression analysis, results as follows are attained:â‘ Through the examining to the measuring form we know that our measuring form made by ourselves has wonderful validity and reliability. So it has certain spreading value.â‘¡For the burnout standard, the level difference of different civil servant's qualification and age is very striking. For the academic qualification, the higher of the civil servant's academic qualification, the higher of the job burnout level. For the age, the civil servant over 40 is easier to have the feeling of job burnout. For the state of marriage, the married civil servant is easier to form job burnout than the unmarried. Besides, for the sex factor, this does not have the remarkable influence to the feeling of job burnout.â‘¢The influence factors of job burnout for civil servants are the organization constructs, the organization uniformity, the work loading and control feeling, the valuable expects . The results of practical regression analysis show that a distinguished connection existences betw- een the influence factors and job burnout's performances.â‘£The consequence of job burnout for civil servants includes psychology, physiology and behavior factors. There is a distinguished connection between the job burnout and result.Finally, according to the findings, this article introduces EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) to solve the job burnout problem of Chongqing civil servants, and constructs implementation steps of EAP, in order to reduce the Job burnout of civil servants.
