The tenet and principles of procedural justice is doubtlessly of very important meaning for the process of the contemporary accountability investigation if our country. Procedural justice is indispensable to the rightness of the process of the accountability investigation. Procedural justice ensure the rightness and legitimacy of procedural justice through the links of process of it in order to strengthen the public and executives'recognition to accountability investigation and promote good efficiency of it to provide the grounds of legitimacy for all the accountability investigation mechanism.The research and practice of our country on accountability investigation mechanism theory has made remarkable progress and development since SARS in 2003. Procedural justice construction of the process of accountability investigation mechanism has been deepening and improving. The criterion frame in our process of accountability investigation mechanism has been established elementarily since several years. We can see the shadow of procedural justice from the finding of government's disorganization action to government's accountability investigation and relief of administrative accountability.But undeniably, the defects are obvious. As the west is the source of procedural justice, the common theory origin decides that we can benefit from the law and experience of procedural justice in the process of administrative accountability in west. We use constitutional government as our guiding ideology, using democracy as our system mold and using scientific procedure regulations as a route to improve procedural justice in the process of administrative accountability and under the frame of mature procedural justice, we will realize dialectics and consolidation of procedural justice and essential justice through the pursuit of social justice.
