Studies Of The Relationship Between The Party And The Politics In China In The New Era

Party-government relations is the key problem to the reform of political system, as well as the critical reality problem which the leaders of Party and government are concerned about. In this paper, I try to combine the Marxism ruling Party's basic theroy with specific practice of Chinese reform and opening, and think about constructing new Party-government relations of China. Based on the analysis of basic theory of Party and public power , the second chapter explores further the basic meaning of Party-government relations. From different stages of Chinese Communist Party came to power partly,Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region period, the Chinese Communist Party ruling period, and the Cultural Revolution period, the third chapter explores the historical change of Party-government relations of our country. Party-government relations in different countries of the world could be divided into three kinds of types of integrated,sepatate and united type. We Chinese has own speciality comparing with other countries in Party-government relations. Therefore, in order to establish special and new Party-government relations, we had better combine the common principle with Chinese conceived practice. And then , considering the relation of reforming and development and stability, the difference of centre and local, the conceived speed and strength and the social endurance, this paper researches measurly about constructing new Party-government relations.
