Meanwhile the author has made the elaboration to Our country Government current reforming situation, pointed out that the time is late when our country's civil service regulations setup comparing with the Western country, it has not achieved the mature, comparing with government reforming to the official human resources management's high request, our country official human resources management also needs to be reformed in many places.
