The Study Of The Problem And Its Solving Of Chinese Public Policy Implementation

The public policy implementation is a dynamic progress,which actualize the public policy from distribution plans of policy ideologies into the realistic results.The implementation of public policy affects government credit,the development of economic society,socialism democracy and legislative work.In the realistic life,the social environment becomes more complicated,which makes public policy implementation even more difficult.The phenomenon of public policy implementation problem can be seen from time to time.It seriously obstacles the achievement of public policy target,deteriorates the authority of policies and even damages the image of the government and the development of economy.So solving the problem of public policy implementation becomes an important subject in the area.This dissertation is based on the present condition of China public policy implementation.It analyses the cause and puts forward suggestions on countermeasures of prevention and remedy.It will provide the theoretical instructions on effective public policy implementation practices.This dissertation consists three parts:Chapter One defines on the related concept of public policy implementation and introduces the main theory and models applied in the dissertation as the analytical base to guide the following study.Chapter Two summarizes the problem of Chinese public policy implementation and analyses the main reasons for the problem of the public policy implementation,including of the public policy itself,the implementation subject, the implementation mechanism and so on.Chapter Three puts forward the countermeasure of prevention and remedy from the point of the public policy itself,the implementation subject,the implementation mechanism and so on.
