After India has implemented reform and opening-up policy Since 1991 ,its economic, military and diplomacy have made remarkable achievements , and its influence has also been upgraded in the world, It is becoming the rise of great power in the 21st .The rise of India is a positive, important historical event for itself, but also has its negative side. Because the cooperation among different countries and regions has further strengthened, the rise of China and India must have an inevitable cooperation and competition in certain countries or regions at the same time. In the economic field, India's rise accelerates the trade relations between China and India to strengthen, The structure of the two economies to complement each other, the process of regional economic integration to speed up. At the same time, it also exacerbates the friction in the economic and trade areas with China, increases the competition in overseas and international markets between the two countries; In the military field, India's rise, On the one hand, will be helpful to strengthen the bilateral military Communication and cooperation, enhance the regional military security, On the other hand, Its advanced weapons, military layout, complex military relations and the military cooperation with some big powers and so on have had the negative effects on China's military security; In the diplomatic field, Indian's all-directional diplomacy improves the capacity to deal with the common foreign affairs for two countries and also promote the bilateral friendship, however, the deepening relations of India-US , the development of India-Japan relations and the competition in the ASEAN have given more new Challenges for the development of China's diplomatic strategy.Indian's rise is a historical necessity but also a double-edged sword. India will be the focus of the world in the 21st, China can not ignore India. With the competition becoming the premise of an inevitable trend, we should continue to deepen the bilateral political and military mutual trust, change the traditional understanding of historical issues, remove obstacles, reduce differences and increase cooperation, develop the bilateral economic, foster a new security concept and so on, only in this way, it will achieve maximum benefits for the two countries, and push forward the development of friendly Sino-Indian relations. It is not only meeting the common interests of the people in two countries, but also helpful to the peace and the stability of the world.
