With the shift of task from college education to on-the-job education, the new educational system of military academy has been established.Thus,the CAPF elementary commanding academy is confronted with a practical and pressing task:CAPF officer's on-the-job education.Whether or not the CAPF elementary commanding academy can successfully transfer from college education to on-the-job education is critical to the success of on-the-job education.This dissertation, revolving around the new military innovation,the function and influence of lifelong education to on-the-job education,is to study CAPF elementary commanding officer's on-the-job education,by the means of integrating history with logic,systematic analysis with comparative studies,alalyzing the historical background,characteristics,connotation and existing problems of CAPF elementary officer's on-the-job education in the 21st century.And last,the author places emphasis upon the countermeasures and educational system of CAPF elementary commanding officer's on-the-job education.The disertation is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is exordium.In the exordium,the author is to analyze the historical background of CAPF elementary commanding officer's on-the-job education and state clearly the main task of this dissertation.Entering 21st century,the fast new-changing new military innovation and modernization construction in the army hasten the innovation of military educational system,so the problem of on-the-job education of CAPF elementary commanding officers comes into being. On the other hand,the advancement of science and technology and the upgrade of weapon and equipment make it imperious to combine human with weapon and equipment perfectly.Thus,to improve the commanding officer's all-round quality through on-the-job education is deadly needed. Under this background,the author puts forth the stress of this disertation: to carry out on-the-job education revolving around the main problems of CAPF elementary commanding officer's on-the-job education;to establish the educational system that fits in with China's national and military conditions.The second chapter is the outline of CAPF elementary commanding officer's on-the-job education.In this chapter,the fundamental situation in CAPF on-the-job education is introduced,including the condition of on-the-job education,the teahing system in CAPF and the features and connotation of CAPF elementary commanding officer's on-the-job education.In the third chapter,the author points out the problems of CAPF elementary commanding officer's on-the-job education,and gives the analysis of that.As a newly-emerge business in CAPF,there must be some problems.For example:we didn't grasp the characteristics and rules of CAPF elementary commanding officer's on-the-job education;the teaching ideas in some CAPF academies are lagging behind;the setup of curriculum,the tecahing concept and mode can not meet the requirement of CAPF jon-the-job education;the teaching system is not sound enough;the basic condition lags hehind;the teaching staff need stgrengthing;the quality of students vary greatly from one to another.The fourth chapter is dealing with the countermeasures to the CAPF elementary commanding officer's on-the-job education.They are: renewing the educational ideas;buildign the blueprint of talent cultivation; perfecting the setup of curriculum;updating and reforming the teaching content;establishing the management system that suits CAPF on-the-job education;strengthening the teaching staff;refreshing teaching model and method;teaching according to the level of the students etc.
