Research Work Of SCO And Mongolian Relation

Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO) is the predecessor of China,Russia, Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan formed the "Shanghai Five" mechanism.On June 14,2001,"Shanghai Five" summit held the sixth summit meeting of Shanghai,to full equality of Uzbekistan joined the "Shanghai Five." On June 15,the headquarters of six states held its first meeting,and signed the "Declaration on the Establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization",declared the formal establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.Starting in 2004,initiated the Shanghai Cooperation Organization observer mechanism.In Tashkent in June of the same year at the fourth SCO summit meeting,was granted observer status to Mongolia.July 2005,the fifth Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit,,held in Astana,decided to grant Pakistan, Iran and India observer status.Mongolia believes that regional economic cooperation is the development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization of the main pillars of stability, but also to encourage the Member States and observer States to the overall development and economic prosperity.This article focuses on the relationship between the Mongolia and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.Mongolia's two neighbors from Russia and China within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the relationship between the analysis and the angle between the two countries on the SCO's strategic concept,on the strategic concept of the SCO's implementation,so that the two great powers close friendship and cooperation is to ensure that the development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the vitality and Mongolia in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to be the most important prerequisite for the development.Therefore,if this premise to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Mongolia,Mongolia faces a natural positive and negative effects,the pros and cons and future development trends and so on to make a comparative analysis and discussion.The last part of this article is the point of view of SCO member countries and observer countries,analysis of Mongolia and the other member and observer States and exchange between them.This article focuses on China and Russia on the SCO's strategic concept and the two Great neighbors brought to Mongolia and among the most important, while the last study of the SCO,through the development trends and future prospects,the two neighboring countries of Mongolia-China and Russia on all aspects of the organization with significance of the surface to observe and predict whether Mongolia in the Asian region to find a new security development in all aspects of the environment, and the SCO on the development of the tendency of Member States of the Organization held a comparative approach and principles and Mongolia should be to analyze how to choose the basic principles involved in such conditions and to summarize some theoretical significance.
