Study On The Consultation And Govcrnance Of Urban Grass-roots Community

Urban grass-roots community is the basic unit of social governance.The steady development of the community is an important foundation for the realization of social stability and development.As an effective way of governance,deliberative democracy is a magic weapon to realize democratic governance of grass-roots community and it can effectively promote the solution of community problems.At present,according to the top-level system design of grass-roots community deliberative democracy construction,the research on the practice of grass-roots community consultation governance is constantly being carried out.In this paper,the A and B communities of Suzhou Industrial Park are used as research samples.Through community visits,surveys,questionnaires and so on,we hope to understand the current status and practical problems of community consultation governance.In addition,the effectiveness of deliberative democracy embedded in current community governance has also been studied.Through the relevant research of the community,it is found that there are problems such as one-sided content of consultation,insufficient scope of the subject of consultation,irregular consultation procedure,imperfect consultation platform and low quality of consultation,and the reasons for the related problems are expounded.Based on this,an effective path to solve the related problems is put forward,that is,to build a perfect system of community consultation and operation,to build a variety of community consultation and participation platforms,to cultivate a rich community consultation culture,to promote the normal development of community consultation governance,so as to better play the positive role of deliberative democracy in community governance and promote the development of grass-roots community consultation governance practice.
