On Strengthening The Functions Of County-Level People's Political Consultative Conference In Our Country

The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China forms the basic political system of China. The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), an organization of the patriotic united front of China, is important part of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation led by the CPC, and also the CPPCC is important organization to promote socialist democracy. Currently, it's necessary to strengthen the work of County-level CPPCC. This is important to consolidate and develop the broadest possible patriotic united front, to build a harmonious socialist society and a well-off society. The article , starting with the creation of the CPPCC, introduces the times and scientific theoretical background of the CPPCC created, expounds the historical inevitability of the CPPCC created. then, from a historical and objective perspective ,the article introduces the importance of the CPPCC in different historical periods of China, demonstrates the irreplaceable role of CPPCC in China's socialist construction . Based on the front arguments, in the third part, the article discusses the ways of County-level CPPCC carrying out their functions and role, problems and reasons for the problem. At last, the author raises a number of recommendations on establish a Well mechanism in playing the functions of County-level CPPCC , hopes to give a help for County-level CPPCC in playing a role ,and a benefit of building a harmonious society.
