The Master's thesis "On the Discrimination of Our Country's Civil Servants Recruited" consists of introduction, body and conclusion.Introduction puts emphasis on writing purpose and value of my thesis, as well as idea and structure.Body is made up of four chapters. Chapter I introduces the recruiting system of our country's civil servants. Compared with the recruiting system of western countries, our country's recruiting system has just been set up in the early stage of socialist modernization, which is not perfect and not standardized. In 2006, the implementation of "Civil Servant Law" was a landmark in the developing history of China's civil service system. The recruiting system has a broader scope of social impact and a large number of participation, which is focused on in the first chapter. Chapter II mainly analyses the discriminatory questions of recruiting system. A large number of discriminatory questions exist, such as age discrimination, educational discrimination, geographical discrimination, sex discrimination and discrimination of hepatitis B and so on. Numbers of vivid cases and systematic analysis are mentioned in the second chapter. Chapter III, mainly from the perspective of jurisprudence, analyses the existence of discriminatory questions. Everyone is born equal; citizens have the right to be employed equally. Each working post has its own characteristics and needs that demand workers to meet. But apart from these rules, other restrictive conditions are the violation of equal rights of citizens. China's Constitution stipulates that the state respects and safeguards human rights. From the view of human rights, equal employment rights are important to human rights. But the discrimination of recruiting system not only results in inequality among citizens, but also violates the human rights of citizens. In addition, this chapter will explain discriminatory issues from the perspective of building a harmonious society and analyze these issues from the perspective of jurisprudence, which can be useful for elimination and solution. Chapter IV expounds how to eliminate the discrimination of recruiting system and its practical significance. It is necessary to build mechanism of anti-discrimination in employment completely and define government responsibility clearly. The existence of discriminatory questions has greatly affected the impartiality of civil servants recruited and has caused adverse impact negatively. We should strengthen legislation, improve the civil service system, advance the access mechanism and learn from western nations. The elimination of discrimination in the civil servants recruited has an important practical significance for building a harmonious society and establishing a socialist country ruled by law in China. Conclusion gives a summary of the whole thesis, which comments the necessity and importance of anti-discrimination.
