Our current society into the transition, lower test costs and fair recruitment procedures to make a lotof people in the severe employment situation, the civil service exam as an alternative career planning. Thesame time, for a long time building the effectiveness of its clear comparative advantage of the nationalcivil service, has also become an important reason for people to actively apply for civil service. For thesereasons, our Servant to show the "hot" phenomenon. Civil Servant civil service, openness, fairness andjustice is the spiritual essence of the civil service recruitment system. I believe that the main reasons for employment discrimination of thecurrent system, the influence of the feudal autocratic ideology, legal system deficiencies, extensiveanti-discrimination in employment promotion, countermeasures against employment discrimination intolegalizedTo avoid discrimination in recruiting civil servants, protect workers’ right to fair employment, notonly related to people’s livelihood, and the inevitable requirement of building a socialist harmonioussociety. Today, however, social competition is increasingly fierce, the Chinese labor market is the persistent oversupply situation, especially the global financial and economic crisis, more pressure onemployment. In such a severe employment situation, the problem of employment discrimination hasbecome increasingly prominent, if not an effective solution is bound to affect the social stability andharmonious society...
