Along with the development of non-governmental organizations, concerned about the perspective of administrative law is also becoming more and more widely, how to better in theory and in practice, the response to this phenomenon, is before us a great challenge. In this paper we present the development of non-governmental organizations, the problems in order to examine the perspective of administrative law. Through a comprehensive set out the circumstances surrounding the non-governmental organizations, and grasp the future path of development of such organizations. At the same time, the discovery of the problem, practical measures, so full of practical significance for theoretical studies but less than the theory of non-governmental organizations to explore the related issues.This article from the introduction, body and conclusion of three parts, in which the body is divided into five chapters.
