Civil servant recruitment examination system is one of the important components of the national civil service systems, and it's an important part of the civil service system in the implementation. For civil servant recruitment examination system has been established, there is a great important significance to the modern civil servant examination system. It's good for expand field of vision to choice talent, produce a environment that the excellent talents can emerge, it's favourable to resist unhealthy tendency on problem of use talent, it's advantageous improve the social trust of civil servant and set government's authority.Chinese civil service examination system, introduction of more than ten years, has achieved remarkable results and plays an important role on improving the quality of the civil service and government agencies. But at the same time, the civil service examination system start late, the pace of development is faster, and lack sufficient experience. Thus there have been problems when running the process. These problems not only hinder the further promotion of the civil service system, but also affected the vitality of the existing civil service system.This thesis expatiate on basic theory of civil service examination employ system, including the meaning and significance , principles and methods, procedures and organization department of the civil service examination employ system. It introduced the history evolution of China and western civil service examination employ system, including imperial examination system in Chinese ancient and the history development process of person examination employ system since minguo, establish and development process of civil service examination employ system in western developed countries. On this basis, analyse of the achievements and problems of Civil service examination system in the implementation process,include of limit unrational of examination's qualification,design unscientific of examination's content, procedure unstandard of interview, inunify examination system,unperfect supervise system . At the same time, also introduced the concept of socio-ecological environment and from the civil service examination system, the existence of starting point of the social environment achieve innovative of research methods. For the issue of civil service examination system in china we put forward ideas to solve the problem and countermeasures, including the examination system to improve the implementation of the social environment, to speed up the examination regulations, and strengthening the civil service examination system of scientific and fairness.
