The civil servants recruitment examination of China has been carried out for more than twenty years.The concept that every entry must be through examinations has been taken root,and the fairness and science of the examination are widely acknowledged by the society.Civil servants recruitment examination plays an important role in the selection of governing personnel,improving the quality of the civil service,and optimizing the structure of the civil service.Civil servants recruitment written examination is an important part of the civil servants recruitment evaluation system.It plays a vital role in such function: evaluational—Select talent;institutional—improve efficiency;social—promote social development,regarding the fairness,efficiency,science and security as its values.However,with the development of the civil servants recruitment written examination,the capacity of the public service of the Examination institutions and the legal system are not suitable for the increasingly complicated and severe situation,making a bottleneck of the written examination.For example,lack of fairness in the registration,lack of science in the question-setting,high-risk security in the written examination,lake of authority in markers and the explaination of scores,becoming an obstacle of the written examination.In recent years,the examining body actively explore though practice.For example,national synchronous recruitment,national cooperation in question-setting,the joint meeting mechanism,etc.It provides a new way for the development of written examination.In order to seeks a breakthrough to solve the bottleneck of the development of the written examination,I study the current factors,such as institutional mechanisms,technology,internal and external environment and so on.In this thesis,I offer some suggestions that in written examination.Firstly,we should concentrate on the resources,to improve the national synchronized recruitment mechanism,promote the national cooperation in the question-setting,establish the joint meeting mechanism,and inspire thepower of social organizations.Secondly,we should innovate the mode of the examination,via adjusting the rounds,innovating the evaluation methods,exploring the content,and explaining the scores scientifically.Thirdly,it is essential for the government to improve the legal system and the system of the counsel.I am looking forward to providing some thoughts for the written examination of the civil servants recruitment.
