The Criminal Law Research In "Mongolian-Oirat Laws"

"Mongolian-Oirat Laws" is a code of written law which was formulated by Mongolian-Oirat and Kerk tribes who were simultaneously facing the threat of Qing Dynasty and Czarist government at 1640 year. "Mongolian-Oirat Laws" is a precious historical data which studies the Mongolian legal system history.In this paper, we carries on the discussion to the criminal law of "Mongolian-Oirat Laws".This paper was divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction, briefly introduced the Laws formulation historical background and ancestors' research results. In the second part, we investigated and analyzed the crime stipulation content of "Mongolian-Oirat Laws". According to the content of the second part, we carried on the summary and the induction to the crime stipulation content of "Mongolian-Oirat Laws" in the third part. The fourth part analyzed the penalty type and punishment system of "Mongolian-Oirat Laws".
