As China's economy and political system from "the rule of man" to "the rule of law" is speeding up, people from all walks of life demand fairness increasingly strongly . The fairness of recruiting civil servants is the most direct expression of the Government work, which decides whether government officials are clean and honest, the image of the officials in the eyes of the people, and more importantly the cause of the rise and fall with the success or failure. As a result, research and resolve the issue of the fairness of recruiting civil servants, is great theoretical and practical significance.However, because the examination and recruitment has developed late but at high speed and experience is lacked, everything remains to be perfect. Therefore, in the examination process, there are problems. These problems include macro-level economic environment, political environment, ideological and cultural environment and the adverse effects of the international environment as well as micro-level limits such as subjective factors, policies, technical factors. In this paper, the examination and recruitment system and the development of China's civil service examination system are introduced and there is also a summary overview of the current stage of China's civil servants employed, in an attempt at the macro and micro levels to explore the impact of the civil service recruitment fair, and "multi-pronged approach "From the sound legal system, public examination of information, set up scientific jobs, expand the examination form, sound technical evaluation, examiners regulate the ranks, bound to increase supervision, to ensure the confidentiality of the eight aspects of work come to this stage, the civil service examination system to improve our response.
