Civil service examination is the most important innovation of our civil service recruitment system in China. Since the implementation of civil service examination, it has helped our government select many talents and become the most effective way to choose agencies. However, the civil service recruitment system also has some problems, such as the lack of scientificalness and fairness which affect the development and improvement of it. Considering the formation of human resource management in public sector was originated from enterprise human resource management, the human resource management in private sector was more advanced in the theoretical and practical aspects. Therefore, this passage tries to find out the useful experience for the civil service recruitment system. Although these two systems are different in the way of recruitment, hiring procedures, value orientation and screening standards, they are similar in the purpose and significance. Based on this, the writer hopes to explore the revelation and difference of corporate recruitment system for civil service examination system and find out the new way to improve our civil service examination system. My learning experiences in campus and the importance of China's civil service examination system which involves so many people are the main reasons for me to research in this direction.This passage uses literature, the materialist dialectic, inductive and deductive method and comparative study method. First, I make a detailed analysis of the status of China's civil service examination and corporate recruitment system; and then analyze the differences between them. Last and most important, I compare the civil service examination and coiporate recruitment system in order to find the learning points form coiporate which would be useful for the improvement of the shortcomings of civil service recruitment system, that is also the key issue to be resolved in this article.There are few scholars have researched the topic of compare between civil service examination and corporate recruitment system through such a mount of literature and practical studies, which may be the innovation of this article. Of course, my knowledge and personal experience is limited, there are still a lot of inadequacies in this paper, maybe just because the researches of these areas are still immature which means we have opportunities for further exploration.
