Mass Distburbances On Internet And Research On The Management Mechanism

With the high development of the internet it is becoming the crucial way for people to exchange information, spread the public opinions, and thus mass incidents based on internet are emerging. Mass incidents are in a stage of out-breaking and they are not only much concerned about the corruption but also focus on other aspects of social life. It is in a virtual world far from our real life but it is easily becoming public opinion crisis in real life and causes mass disturbance once it happens misguided. Nowadays, the mass disturbance in real life is much focused on by the theoretical circles and full developed coping strategies have been worked out while little is done to those in virtual world. Because of its newly emerging in the life the study of internet mass incidents is in an early stage, insufficient in theoretical research and its coping strategies. The very research, from the perspectives of politics, sociology, mass communication and journalism, analyses its developing state, studies its main causes, summers up its characteristics, the hidden laws of its out-breaking and its types and then puts forward its coping strategies in guarding against and dealing with it creatively. In guarding against and dealing with mass incidents on line the governments should strengthen the network management and at the same time improve the ability of timely response to it. The government should lay equal stress on its leading and cutting-off, but leading scientifically and rationally is predominant. To net public opinion, the government should discover the truth and response timely without any masking thus improve its openness and public credibility. To the questioning of the netizens, the government should response honestly while at the same time, from the central to the local, set up the system to monitor, feed back and incorporate the netizen's public opinions and thus form the interaction between the government and the netizens, leading the healthy development of their sense of democratic participation, advancing the continuous developments of political democratization.Quantitative analysis and case study etc. are employed in the research.
