Government Guided Optimization Of Network Public Opinion In Mass Incidents Pollution

After more than ten years of rapid development, the Internet has penetrated into the whole social life, affecting everyone’s daily life, the major events at home and abroad will in the first time transfer to the network, quickly lead users to discuss. The Internet has the characteristics of freedom, openness, social interaction, the public can use the Internet platform to express their views and opinions whenever and wherever possible, and the formation of network public opinion. After the mass, the network will appear a lot with the event of network public opinion, many of whom are inaccurate and extreme, the government needs for clarification and guidance. This thesis is divided into three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. In the introduction part, according to the situation of Chinese society in the transition period, combined with literature review, this paper puts forward the research questions. The significance of the study is to explain the importance of the problem. The text is divided into five chapters. The second chapter focuses on the basic situation of the government to guide the network public opinion in the mass incidents, and defines the scope of the discussion below. In the third chapter, the paper explains the whole idea of optimizing the government’s guidance of public opinion, and explains the three aspects of knowledge, ability and behavior. Fourth chapter to the sixth chapter, respectively, from the cognition, capability, elements of to analyze the problems and optimization measures of government existing in all aspects.
