Research On Public Relations Of Government In Crisis Speaking From "Qi People Worry About Cobalt"

Due to today's destruction and deterioration of the environment, global climate's change, the rapid development of technology and the impact of the negative effects of poverty, population growth and increasing density, social stress and conflict,crisis which the government has to meet greatly increased. With the accelerated development of democratic politics, there is a growing emphasis on examining the actions of the government in a crisis. For the government, how to deal with public relations in a crisis, enhance credibility, and establish a good image of the government, is an urgent issue.In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the case of "Qi people worry about cobalt" in July 2009,Henan Qixian.First,distinguish three types of crises, from a macro point of view to analyze the local government's response in this crisis, reached such a coping style form the macro point of view.Then through use the view of the three elements of public relations, to analyze the Government's specific response to these three areas in this case, combined with some specific cases in recent years, discussed the government's public relations response to the crisis, how to manage the information in crisis;how to maintain the image;Finally, proposed understanding and suggestion of the government's public relations in crisis,the social platform for public relations in crisis, then the government could use pulblic relations better in sudden public crisis, to resolve the crisis and enhance their own credibility, and provided reference to government about how to establish a good image.
