Research Of Culture Tradition And Realistic Selection Based On People-Oriented Concept

From ancient times till now how to recognize people is always a focused issue which is argued by philosophers and thinkers from China and abroad. Thought basis of various ruling strategy applied by ruler or governors is subject to the different acknowledgement of human standing & value in society and history. And people-oriented concept is not only a historical issue but also a new one. During Warring States time state of Chi had regarded people-oriented as his state strategy. Chinese Communist Party always takes seriously about history status and function of the masses of people. But practically there are lots of bad phenomena against people-oriented concept in China, thereby they greatly harm the enthusiasm and creativity of people. Scientific development concept given by central leaders also emphasizes the core standing of people-oriented concept. So how to correctly know the concept and make it into reality is the urgent solved theory and actual problem.In order to entirely study this concept we should master the basic theory of people-oriented firstly. Generally we should analyze this concept in philosophy and scientific development respects. In philosophy aspect the concept is nonobjective and it is the guiding principle of scientific development. On the other hand people-oriented of scientific development is mainly presenting dynamics of people and inter-generational characters. It aims to realize, maintain and develop most general populace's fundamental interests, and the concept is materialized.It is not an accident that the people-oriented concept is posed as the governing principle in the process of Chinese history. Humanistic thoughts in Chinese ancient times& modern times are the basis of traditional culture for modern people-oriented concept. And Chinese ancient humanistic thought is the tool of feudal despot which is serving for the Emperor and his officials. Although humanistic thought in modern times could not get rid of the binds from feudal despot, they strongly castigated this despot system, and serials of methods were brought up to reject this system. Western humanistic has advocated to concerning the people, respecting the people and paying attention to the people, but they could not consider people's historical character, and it's different from the modern people-oriented. We should have a rational opinion for the concept to absorb the good and give up the bad from Anthropologism, and reject the humanistism.People-oriented is one of Marxism. As the core of scientific development historical materialism of Marxism is the fundament of its theory. And in historical materialism people are the main thought of society history, people are the thought of creator for society history, people are the key factors of social productivity, and people are the aimed thought of society development, above all are the principle basis of modern people-oriented.Although the three generations of Chinese Communist Party leaders including Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, and Jiang Zemin don't bring up the people-oriented concept clearly, they execute this theory during various periods. Present Hu Jingtao is the first leader to recognize this concept from scientific development aspect. Those four generations of Chinese Communist Party leaders keep up this concept to govern our country.In this new century China enters into a new era of socialism construction with Chinese characters. Now some international anti-China forces use humanistism to attack China, people from academic community and theoretical workers should research the problem of people deeply. We should improve our thought with Marxism, and this concept is due to be studied for diversify and unfair distribution in further reforms. Certainly any theory should be applied to social practice, then the theory can be realized. Material civilization, political civilization, spiritual civilization and ecological civilization should be strengthened to realize people-oriented concept from theory to reality. In our times people-oriented can help people develop in all aspects, construct socialist harmonious society, implement scientific development.
