The appeal of minority groups in. U.S. foreign policy is an important phenomenon in the process of American history. In the era of advocating multicultural, with the America as a superpower in the word, the minority groups is playing more and more important role in the America's foreign policy. Therefore, that brings researches about the trend from scholars both at home and abroad, but most of the researches focused on the living conditions of minority groups in America, only a few researches take the affects to America's foreign policy and practice as viewpoint.This paper takes non-WASPs ethnic as research object, it bases on the American social background and the living conditions of non-WASPs ethnic, tries to explore the influential of non-WASPs ethnicities to American diplomatic in different historical periods. Analyzing the impact of non-WAPS ethnicities in the process of America's foreign policy decision can provide important theoretical significance for international politics; and make us understand the factors of American foreign policy decision-making process, thereby, to better grasp the development of the American foreign policy, while, it will have some reference value for China dealing with ethnic issues.
