Migrant workers are the surplus labor in rural areas move to cities, and working in urban areas. The Migrant Worker is the product of the development of the society and the emergency of them is the necessary process of the development of the productivity. Migrant Workers in China's socialist modernization construction plays a decisive role, for modernization and industrialization has made tremendous contributions to the city. The migrant workers enter cities to work, while has made tremendous contribution for the urban economic development, oneself are in the lowest level of the urban society. They are"the edge person"in the metropolis,the problem of social security, spiritual life, and so on are uregently await to be solved. But their these questions depend upon macroscopic, the dominant stratification plane administration and the legal means are not enough merely, but also needs to Ideological and political education ,which take the microscopic stratification plane, take person's actual psychological demand as the goal. At present, the situation of China's ideological and political education of migrant workers is not optimistic. This article discusses the current situation of ideological and political education of migrant workers in China's , analyzes the reason which it forms , and proposed to build migrant workers ideological and political education system some of the methods and measures, try hard from the government, employers, communities, migrant workers themselves, carries on the ideological and political education omni-directionally to migrant workers, promote the migrant workers'modernization transformation, defends migrant workers'legitimate rights and interests, causes them to make the contribution well for the modernization.This article is mainly divided into five parts. The first chapter introductory remarks pointed out that the main significance of this study as well as the situation of domestic ideological and political education on migrant workers in china. The second chapter has carried on the limits to the peasant laborer, and produces from the development history obtains of the peasant laborer, to analyze the reason which the migrant workers exists and the particularity which to compare with other social group. The third chapter pointed out that the social situation of migrant workers and the status of ideological and political education, while described migrant workers in the reality of the situation of the bottom of society, has proven the work of the migrant workers community'ideological and political education status, and analyzes the reason which it forms, provide a theoretical basis for countermeasures of strengthened the ideological and political education of migrant workers .
