Township governance research and exploration has important theoretical and practical significance for the entire national economy and the building of a harmonious society.Since building up the country,as national administrative power continually extends to rural society, and gradually forms a "versatile" township administrative management system, the superstructure and the economic base become increasingly incompatible, resulting in many contradictions and problems. Therefore, since the restoration of the township government, China's township system has undergone out 4 times of larger reform. However, previous reform shows that there is no fundamental break from the old system and the reform legacy is often difficult to be long-lasting.Current Foreign township governance model offers us some valuable governance concepts. But if we want to put them into good use, we must fully consider the background of China's reality and to identify a tailor-made township government governance model, and further deepen the rural reform, innovation management system and operation mechanism; Straighten out the duties of relations, and social intermediary organizations to continuously improve rural social management and public services;To further improve the "Villagers Autonomy" system.
