Study On The Current Status, Problems And Solutions Of New-type Peasants Training In Chongqing

New-type peasants are the integral part and basic force of the new rural construction. The comprehensive quality of farmers decided the pace of new rural construction. Speeding up the training of new-type peasants with knowledge, technology and management, making them play their principal position in the new rural construction is a fundamental objective and urgent need for constructing new socialist countryside and urban-rural development. This article is in this context, based on data analysis and research in the field, with the combination of the actual situation of Chongqing city, study deeply the New-type peasants training in Chongqing.First, this paper defines the basic content of New-type peasants that the New-type peasants should have a high knowledge quality, good ideological and moral quality, high quality of science and technology, strong management qualities and good health. And illustrate human capital theory and human resource development theory which training new-type peasants based on.Secondly, use training questionnaire to investigate peasants in Chongqing. Collect data about peasant's qualities including knowledge quality, ideological and moral quality, quality of science and technology, strong management qualities and so on. Then study the problems in new-type peasants training course, including rural education problems, skills training problems, rural problems in public utilities and so on.Finally, according to the actual situation and information, combined with the situation in Chongqing City, this paper brings forward some solved methods and measures: lead the peasants ideological transformation; strengthen and improve rural education, raise the level of scientific and cultural knowledge of peasants; intensify the efforts on the training, increase their professional quality and work skills; increase investment in public goods in rural areas, improve rural public utilities and so on. By presenting these counter measures to provide policy reference of strengthen the training of new farmers in Chongqing.
