Recent years, the enrollment of the institution's of higher education is keep roaring which gets the more and more grim situation of graduates'employment. However, at the same time, a large quantity of new type talents who are keeping pace with the development of the rural areas and can provide the intellectual support for building socialist new countryside are needed urgently. Consequently, the state council began to encourage college students to broaden their job hunting in the countryside and consider working as the little village officials or start their own business. The plan of the little village official is popularized. While in the flood of village youth searching jobs in the urban area, batches of college graduates is to get deep into the countryside and work as the little village official. With the time passing and their experience accumulated, they are the principal role in building socialist countryside. In the growing group, some of them have their special name-female little village official, they are deserting the fashion life and devoted to the development of the countryside with the great passion, but rare people mention them in the academic circles. Therefore, the thesis is written for a monographic study on the occupation career planning of these female little village officials in order to drive them to getting more mature.The thesis starts from the angle of social gender and mixes the theory of role with the theory of occupation career mainly talking about the female little village officials in Henan province. It is developed in the chief research methods of questionnaire and case interview to analyzes the current situation, features and reasons of female little village officials as well as to the relevant expect and recommendation.
