Researchs On The Female Village Officials’Abilitydevelopment Of Village Governance

Since1980s, the villagers’ autonomy system has been widely carrying out almost30years in the rural areas, while hundreds of millions of farmers participating in the village elections with the high enthusiasm. Some of the outstanding representatives of the woman grope come into the village power structure to be female village officials. Therefore, female village officials turn to the political field from the family field and play an important role in the vast rural areas of economic and the social life. Now the government pays attention to how to improve the village governance ability of the female officials and to make them play the real role," half of the sky". The development of the village female officials’ ability unavoidable has been the hot issues of the exportation.This thesis from the village governance perspective, it makes a research for village governance ability of the women by the theory of social gender, and also analyzes the present condition of the female village officials’ village governance ability and existing problem in the research range of female village officials of Laibin in the "Qipu plan", using the documents、questionnaire、interview and field survey. The rural survey extends from both the presenting condition and the training effect of female village officials’village governance ability of the "Qipu plan". It analyzes and research in depth for the basic condition、organizing ability、communicating ability, coordinating contradiction ability、 acquiring wealth ability and the design、practice process and the final effect of the seed system in the "Qipu plan" and other aspects of the female village officials. According to the survey, it analyzes the factors which influence the village governance ability of female village officials from the subjective and objective reasons. Finally it puts forward the rationalize proposals from providing the system pretention by national policy supporting, providing public opinion supporting by promoting and developing the social culture, winning the internal condition by improving the comprehensive quality, giving full play to the role of the federation to improve the village governance ability of female village officials.
