In recent years, under the background of the issue of equality between men and women increasingly wide attention by the people of the world, the heated debate about the rural governance is also developed on the basis of the governance theory. Village governance in foreign academics to become an important research topic, about China’s village governance patterns such as there are a lot of research results, but the study of Chinese rural women’s participation in village governance mainly concentrated in the proportion of the participation of women, women’s ability to issue. On the basis of in learning western governance theory, domestic scholars’research mainly in our country village governance pattern, changes, problems, etc. The research about rural women’s participation is more on rural women’s participation in the present situation, problems and causes, etc. There are also many scholars from the perspective of villagers’autonomy to explore rural women to participate in the problem. Although scholars both from home and abroad had many research results on rural women’s political participation, from the perspective of gender comparison analysis village officials to influence and function of the village governance, comparative research is almost blank.Based on this, the paper started from the present situation of women become the main force in rural areas, on the basis of the governance theory, discussed the influence on female village official in the village governance. Combing the management goal, idea, the main body, tools, performance, etc, from village official in the village management, and on this basis, combining with the actual data and the data comparison between men and women village officials in the different performance of village governance, discusses the education level and serve the number influence on male and female village official village governance, which found that female village official’s advantages and disadvantages, in order to further improve the governance capabilities to provide the corresponding of female village official, for reference.
