Research On The Army Basic Level Cadres Training Problems

The basic level cadres, an important force in the army, is the core component of army competitiveness and plays a decisive factor in the armed forces development. Therefore, we must establish a scientific and effective personnel training mechanism, to maximize basic level cadres enthusiasm and creativity for work. It is very necessary for us to research on the army basic level cadres training system.Based on the core problem, that is, the building of contemporary military basic level cadres personnel training system, we repositioned military personnel training system and pointed out the existing problem of the system which includes concepts and values out of date, evaluation criteria system imperfect, incentive mechanisms inadequate and unbalanced quality of personnel. According to the existing problems, we built a new military basic level cadres personnel training system, established new concept of military basic level cadres personnel training, upgraded the evaluation system of military basic level cadres personnel training, improved the personnel quality of g military basic level cadres, and broadened the personnel training approach of military basic level cadres. The above measures will significantly improve the military basic level cadres personnel training system.
