Research Of The Competition Relationship Between The Teachers Of Junior School

This thesis is about teachers of junior school, to use the theory of teacher relationship, the theory of economy, the theory of educational reform, and the theory of psychology, to research the competition relationship between the teachers of junior school. Questionnaire survey, Cultural heritage analysis, and individual interview are the main method to collect information and combine the method of theory research and substantial evidence research together, and carry on a survey through 220 junior high school teachers as random sample in the city of xx , and combine the individual interview of one of the president and some teachers in a junior high school of xx city, carried out an initial study that the present condition, characteristic ,function and impact factors of the compete relation among the teachers in junior school. This research passes to the questionnaire as a result of analysis, carried on analysis and explanation to their purpose, method, and their understanding and attitude of the competition, the effect and effected factors, induced the reason to form competition relationship between the teachers of junior school, the characteristic, effect and effected factors of the competition relationship between teachers, the conclusion is as follows:The characteristic of the competition relationship between the teachers of junior school include: first, from the competition purpose, their competition relationship has the characteristic of education and demonstration currently; Second, from the competition method, their competition relationship has the characteristic of norm and cultural currently; Third, from the competition reason, their competition relationship has the characteristic of deep and stability; Fourth, from the choice and scope of competition object, their competition relationship has geographic and business characteristic currently; Fifth, from the teachers understanding and attitude of their competition relationship, their competition relationship has the characteristic of close and oneness. Sixth, from the special of the teacher profession and the difference between teachers, their competition relationship has the characteristic of same and difference.
