The Research Of College Career Planning Education Which Can Help To Improve The Quality Of College Students

Cultivate high-quality personnel is a core task of colleges and universities, in the context of mass higher education, expanding the educational approach, improving the quality of college students has becoming a consensus. As a new way, college career planning education focuses on improving the quality of college students, meets the implementation of quality education. With the appliance of the theory of career planning education in colleges and universities in China, ways to make career planning education as a vector, exerting the function of ideological and political education, to enhance college students'overall quality have become the focus of social concern and also of the colleges and universities.This paper made use of college career planning education of undergraduate students in colleges and universities as study objects, the career of four years (or five years) of college students for study periods, made a references to the career planning theories at home and abroad, its main research methods included documentation inspection, questionnaires and interviews, starting from the features of psychological and physiological of college and universities'students, combining the characteristics of higher education, summarized the main contents and specific methods of college career planning education. Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews on the present situation of college career planning education in Zhejiang province and through the documentation inspection of college career education in other provinces, discussed the present situation of college career planning education; analyzed the factors that impacted the college career planning education from two aspects, one is from the internal factors of college student individual, the other is from external environmental factors, which provide a realistic basis for the construction of college career planning education.Based on the questionnaire survey analysis, results of summary of practical experience and relative theories, staring from undergraduate student, ideological political education workers and colleges or universities as different angles, promoting the quality of college students as a basic point, had constructed four education models of college career planning education. Firstly, making the undergraduate students as main body, constructed a model of self-education of college career planning education, illustrated the approach of self-education model which relied on the"Learning dormitory"and self-management classes; secondly, making ideological and political education workers as main body, constructed a model of ideological guiding model, clarifying the internal relationship of ideological political education and college career planning education, analyzed the approaches of ideological guiding model; thirdly, making colleges as main body, constructed a model of organizational management model, specific the approach of organizational management model which through college career planning educational system and college career planning guidance system; fourthly, for the sake of upgrading the quality of college students, we had constructed a model of multiple assessments of college career planning education, and elaborated the approach of multiple assessments model through assessment principles and assessment elements.
