Looking at the characteristics of modern Chinese education point of view, China's physics education is still not out of the shadow of test-oriented education, and the junior and senior physical education and learning are based on test-oriented education as the theme, over-emphasis on the difficulty and depth of knowledge, ignoring the initial the link between high school physical education, allowing students to enter junior high school stage, when the physical learning can only blindly follow the teachers and conduct exercises to imitate the subject and can not really understand the meaning and the link of these basic physical knowledge, send their own learning methods and habits. By high school, the difficulty of physical knowledge are deepen and expand that create new learning difficulties, resulting in a serious psychological burden, which is not beneficial to students in the construction and analysis of world view to create ability. In order to better address the convergence of teaching and learning of teachers and students ,looking at the methods, and tap the essence of physics education, this article from the physical curriculum, physical construction and materials physical learning methods to analyze the beginning of high school physical education, characteristics and development trends, and strive to help students and teachers recognized that the beginning of high school physical characteristics of and contacts to find suitable methods of physics research and study.In this article, starting with the development of physical education, introducing the physical development of teaching materials and outlines, trying to be more clearly demonstrating the development situation of modern physical education, understanding the outline of the changes and development trend of physical education. Through the first parts of the curriculum reform to the reform of physics teaching materials and examination reforms introduction, comparative analysis of the physical characteristics of the reform and thus shows the development trend of physics, from the examination-oriented education out of the shackles, emphasis on cultivating the ability of students and emotional attitude of culture, the formation of the correct values and scientific interest in learning and achieving "knowledge and skills", "process and method", "Love in attitudes and values" of the three-dimensional integrated curriculum training objectives. Through the junior and senior high school physics course content, methods, and comparative analysis of training objectives to find their similarities and differences, overall, systematic analysis of the linkages between them, through the examples of the physical content, learning methods and capacity building aspects of articulation.
