Research On Public Satisfaction Evaluation Of Community Service Process Reengineering

With the economics'development and social's progress, the community has become the basic unit of supporting economic and protecting social gradually, also the public make more demands and give higher expectations to the community service. Changes both inside and outside in the environment forces the community must carry out service process reengineering. Reengineering the community service's processes to improve the community service's efficiency, meet the public's service needs and raise the public's satisfaction degree of the community service is a new way of management and service. To promote the advance of the public satisfaction of the community service process reengineering, establishes a scientific evaluation index system to evaluate the public satisfaction of the community service process reengineering comprehensively has become an important subject currently. For this reason, this paper introduces the theory of business process reengineering, carries out process reengineering for community service faces public satisfaction, constitutes a set of theories and methods to evaluate the public satisfaction of the community service process reengineering.Firstly, begins with research background, purposes and significance of community service process reengineering, this paper summarizes research status in quo both abroad and at home, analyzes its problems, describes the research content and methods of the paper.
