As the higher vocational school facing more and more intense competition, the school traditional culture is no longer fit to the development of social and economy and the employment status of secondary vocational students is also far from satisfying. The students trained by the higher vocational school are no longer able to meet the demands of society and enterprises. Therefore, the higher vocational school is attaching greater attention on campus cultural construction. However, what kind of campus culture should the higher vocational school build? How does the campus culture embody the characteristics of higher vocational school and meet the demand of enterprises? In writer's opinion, we should introduce outstanding corporate culture into the campus in the cultural construction of higher vocational school. The integration and interaction of campus culture and corporate culture is able to not only enrich and improve the content of campus culture, making up the shortage which arises from the in adaptation of the corporate culture after graduation, but also an important means to optimize the cultural system of higher vocational school.Starting with the interaction theory of campus culture and corporate culture, the essay tried to analyze the cultural construction of higher vocational school from the aspect of campus cultural construction on the basis of the relative theories of campus culture and corporate culture. In this way, it explored the strategy and channel to complement the secondary vocational culture so as to improve the overall quality of the students. It mainly included that: First, giving an insight into the connotation of campus culture and enterprise culture, the essay made an analysis from three layers of material culture, mental culture and institutional culture and compares the connection and difference of the two, and then discovered the existing problems of campus culture so as to improve and perfect it.Second, the essay put forward with the main content of the interaction theory of campus culture and corporate culture and explained the foundation. Also, it came up with the practical significance of the interaction theory of campus culture and corporate culture.Third, through the status survey of the secondary vocational campus culture and the students'quality as well as the survey of the talent need of the enterprises, the essay came to a conclusion by analyzing the research result and thus discovered the problems that divorced from the corporate culture.Fourth, through the basis of campus culture and corporate culture interaction to improve the quality of vocational college students, this study put forward specific ways to achieve campus culture and corporate culture interaction and improve the quality of vocational students from material culture , spiritual culture and system culture.
