Put nine-year compulsory education system into effect during the free education stage has begun since state department introduced and ministry of education,p.r.china requirment.It specially proposes newly built school should be execute nine-year education syatem possibily .Nine-year school system is a integrative school that run through primary education and secondary education.It is a new modle of running school.And its main features :first,it has consistent years with country stated free education;secondly,it puts primary education and secondary education together;thirdly,its students go to should obey principle of proximity;fourth,it must carry out unified school administration,education,education management and assurance their implementions are effective in all levels,organizations, institutions.Many places has implemented nine-year education system since our country proposed nine-year education system reform,but there are few related situations and research reports,especially the research aim for some specified area.currently,all materials that we can collect and classify much less than the required of state to make further atrategies.nine-year system school is the original purpose "of the period of compulsory education for the students to the overall design, implemented in phases to strengthen the interfacebetween primary and secondary education, better adapted to the physical and mentaldevelopment of students." However, the current nine-year system School Practice shows that : the system is only nine years has been initiated "primary and secondary convergence" of a favorable starting, and the true meaning of convergence targets far.The author's area also has alsonine-year school system, and selected three schools of this area as research objects,and use qualitative and quantitative research methods , and make constrast resrarch between local nine-year system school and two sectional form schools.Qianshizongqin School is a newly built nine-year system school,Donghu Middle School and Experimental Primary School are two representative school in this area.The author according to the research to these three school, summarise the differences and similarities between nine-year system school and sectional form schools,and propose some areas for improvement.
