Self-management ability of head teacher is an important part of teacher management and an effective way to improve teachers' teaching level and teaching quality.Self-management ability of head teacher is a kind of process management in which the teacher is the subject of management.With the passage of time,problems such as the shortage of teachers and the loss of students in the nine-year system of rural schools have become more and more prominent,which have seriously affected the balanced development of compulsory education in rural schools.This topic mainly township 9 years construct school teacher in charge Self-management ability of head teacher as the main research scope,and analyzes the present situation of township 9 years construct school teacher in charge teacher,the existence question,influence factors,countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to promote the township 9 years construct school teacher in charge teacher self management ability development,improve the villages and towns nine years construct school teaching quality.In this study,the head teacher of the nine-year single-system school in longjing city was selected as the research object,and the current situation was investigated and analyzed mainly by literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,statistical method and other research methods.Among them,the main part of the questionnaire contains four dimensions of teachers'self-management(self-cognition ability,self-planning ability,self-learning ability and self-coordination ability).A total of 46 items of self-compiled questionnaire questions were designed,55 questionnaires were issued,and 55 effective questionnaires were recovered.The collected survey data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software of education statistics method;The interviewees mainly include principals,head teachers and other teachers,etc.Through in-depth interviews,the main factors and existing problems affecting the self-management ability of head teachers in nine-year township schools are understood.Through the above research,we find that there are several problems in the head teacher of the township nine-year system school:first,the self-cognition ability needs to be improved;Second,the ability of self-planning needs to be improved;Thirdly,the self-learning ability needs to be enriched;Fourth,the self-coordination ability needs to be strengthened.In short,the factors that influence the self-management ability of head teachers in nine-year township schools mainly come from the society,the government,the school and the teachers themselves.In view of the practical problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from five aspects,including educational development environment,self-cognition ability,self-planning ability,self-learning ability and self-coordination ability.The second is to improve the ability of self-cognition;The third is to improve the ability of self-planning;The fourth is to enrich the self-learning ability;Fifth,to strengthen self-coordination.
