The essence of education is to promote the development of human being, while the development of human being is diversified , each person has their own unique personality. The current system of class instruction has its advantages in improving teaching efficiency and to develop students character, but it has many shortcomings in the care of students differences in personality .This study is to explore the method of instruction that how to carry out personalized teaching of physics in junior middle school in the class system of teaching organizational form, taking into account individual differences of all students in order to better promote the development of students.The thesis focuses on the topic"personalized teaching of physics in junior middle school",Under this proposition , the thesis is mainly divided into five parts based on the definition and the exploration of personalized teaching of physics in junior middle school .The first part. After having carried a detailed study of the actual state about the new curriculum reform, combined with personalized teaching both inside and outside the study situation, then, it put forward the theme-"the research on the theory and practice of personalized teaching of physics in Junior Middle School".The second part. Discussed the meaning of the personality and the personalized teaching, analyzed the difficulties and problems of the personalized teaching implementation in the basic education in China. The third part. Defined the meaning of the personalized teaching of physics in junior middle school and indicated the educational value of it. Analysis the implementation conditions of personalized teaching of physics in junior middle school in case of theory and reality.The fourth part. Discussed the strategies about the personalized teaching of physics in junior middle school and provided some cases combined with the materials of context. One way of the personalized teaching is teaching strategies, Grouping and observation and exploration are in favour of the development of the student personalitys.The fiveth part. Applied the relevant teaching strategies discussed above combination with the textbook and instruction. The experimental results are analyzed and summarized, and some cases about practical application of the strategies are provided. In the process of the personalized teaching , the potential of every student is brought into full play , and the personality of students is development at various levels.The last one is conclusions of the research, it reviews and summarizes the conclusions and findings of the research, and points out what should be perfect for the further study.
