On Basic Education in the examination-oriented education to quality education during the transition period, This is also the current mathematics teaching in Jiangsu Province has put forward higher requirements and challenges. As a high school mathematics teaching nexus and far-reaching impact of the unique characteristics, so in the context of quality education, learn a new high status of mathematics learning situation to explore the impact of a high school freshman mathematics to students at the main factors, combined with teaching practice to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which have targeted the implementation of effective teaching high school mathematics is necessary.In this paper, sort out a number of related theories and literature on the basis of Yancheng in Jiangsu Province 800 high and one high school students, through questionnaires and interviews, to understand math to students at a high school freshman status and conduct in-depth analysis. From students, teachers, parents, three aspects of the impact of a high school freshman mathematics to students at the main factors, combined with their own teaching practice to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the teaching of high school mathematics for reference.This paper, the conclusions are: the impact of students with psychological adjustment factors, attitude and motivation, study habits and methods of emotional intelligence and emotion; factors influence teachers have their own charm, teaching ability, instructional design, and students communication; parents of factors of family environment and education, parents expectations and behavior. According to the analysis concluded, in conjunction with their recommendations for the teaching practice: recommendations for students are the students should learn to adapt to the environment objective evaluation of reality to improve capacity, enhance emotional management skills and interpersonal skills in three aspects; the recommendations are for teachers to enhance class construction to enhance students sense of belonging, and create a harmonious learning atmosphere and improve adaptive capacity; recommendations for parents are to enhance the atmosphere of family education, training, strengthening the training of parents, and build mechanisms for communication between parents and teachers, and so on.
