In recent years, along with the revision of junior and high school textbooks and sharplyexpansion of college enrollment, many problems emerge in high school mathematics teachingprocess. The main performance is mathematics result straight decline of some junior highschool students after a period of study in high school. Many of them try to take variousmeasures to reverse this situation, but get no obvious changement. This kind of situation hasbrought students stress and psychological burden, as time passes, the students produce themood to hate to learn mathematics, this is the subject we would discuss, the adaptabilityproblems for freshman learning mathematics.This topic takes part of students and math teachers of class (7) and (8) in HeBei CountySchool as research object, by ordinary high school curriculum standard test math textbook(required) A version for the carrier, to explore the influence of the adaptability problems ofhigh school math learning. Through the interview survey research method, we made a seriesof analysis and research of the high school students’ mathematical learning adaptabilityproblems, and according to the results put forward corresponding teaching suggestions. Bytest method at the end of the research, we proved the proposed teaching advice can help highschool freshman to improve their math learning adaptability.By finishing the interview original material, the subject summarizes several reasonswhich produce mathematics learning adaptability:(1) the teaching material factors, theknowledge and the way of thinking is cohesion between the high school students and Juniormiddle school students.(2) the teachers’ teaching factors, it is mainly performances in theteaching progress too fast, the teaching content is difficult to the students and teachingrequirements is same to all of the students. The teaching method is fixed.(3) the environmentfactors, including environment and learning environment changes.(4) the students ownfactors, high school students’ psychological adaptability, students’ way of thinking andstudent’s study method is not science.Through the research and analysis, this paper finds that the phenomenon students can’tadapt can be improved of the maximum limit through the students’ self adjusting and teachers’ teaching intervention. According to the results of the survey this paper provides a fewteaching strategies:(1) To pay attention to adjusting the students’ psychology.(2) To grasp theteaching material’s cohesion correctly.(3) To grasp the teacher’s teaching link correctly.(4)Strengthen join the study method of the students.Finally, our achievement is used in the practical teaching process, made teachingintervention to the students which have bad adaptability in mathematical learning. Through aperiod of teaching and feedback, we verifies the these measures to students’ mathematicallearning adaptability has certain reliability and validity.
