Objective: The Ministry of Education promulgated the "Sports and Health Curriculum," an explicit proposal to change the past model in order to advocate for physical education, "attention knowledge light ability, attention outcome light process, attention memories light thinking" the injection teaching model. "Students in strengthening the same time, focus on the psychological development of students", has become the trend of school physical education reform and development. In this paper, experimental study demonstrated "automatic, cooperative, probing" teaching model of the mental health effects of female role and make an objective assessment of it. It will provide reference for colleagues of the application of "automatic, cooperative, probing" teaching model and theory and practice information for the reform of college physical education. Methods: Among School of Communication University of China South Guangzhou 08 female college students, 120 (Academic systematic random placement), four classes (30 persons / class), two experimental classes were identified and two control classes affected by six-month trial and to implement a different teaching aerobics teaching experiment. The experimental class using "automatic, cooperative, probing" teaching mode, while the control class using the traditional methods of teaching. Before and after experiment of the research, Mental Health Inventory ["General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES)" and "SCL-90 symptom checklist"] questionnaire survey was used, by investigating experimental group and control group, in order to compare the effect of the two different teaching models. Results: (1) The interpersonal sensitivity and depression, anxiety, and SCL-90 factors of experimental class divided equally significant decline; self-efficacy is significantly increased (P<0.01); obsessive-compulsive symptoms factors significantly decreased (P<0.05); somatization, hostile, terror, paranoia, psychosis, and other factors slightly decreased. (2) The depression and SCL-90 factors of control class divided equally significant decrease (P<0.01); anxiety decreased significantly (P <0.05); somatization, obsessive compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, phobia, paranoid ideation, psychiatric situation, other factors slightly down, slightly increased self-efficacy. (3)Experimental class interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, SCL-90 factors divided equally significant decline than the control classes (P<0.01); self-efficacy is significantly higher than the rate of increase in control classes (P<0.01); depression decrease was significantly greater than control class (P<0.05); somatization, obsessive compulsive, hostility, phobia, paranoid, psychotic, other factors slightly more decline than that of the control class. Conclusions: The application of "automatic, cooperative, probing" teaching model and the traditional teaching mode can improve the mental health of female students. But the effect of "automatic, cooperative, probing" teaching model for female college students in aerobics teaching class raising the level of mental health is better than traditional teaching mode.Recommendations: The application of "automatic, cooperative, probing" teaching mode is an innovation and exploration, can be applied to other projects of Physical Education. In use process may appear some unavoidable defect, teachers should use it flexibly according to actual condition, do not mechanical stack, inspire and induce students from the psychology angle.
