With the development of society,the continuous updating of science and technology,and the deepening of the understanding of the objective world and self,people's understanding of health is more precise,and the requirements for health are getting higher and higher.It is gradually realized that mental health has a health in people.Significance.Nowadays,when facing the pressure of reality,college students often have the idea of giving up and even giving up,and how to effectively improve the psychological resistance and mental health of college students is thought-provoking.The skills of mass aerobics are low,and their fitness and mental function can have a certain positive impact on college students.After reviewing the literature,the author finds that the current research on mass aerobics on college students in different genders,different sports volume,and different majors is still lacking.This article uses questionnaires,experimental methods and other research methods,the research length of 3 months,the experimental object is a freshman,practice 4 times a week,45 minutes each time,select the "Chinese College Students Mental Health Scale" to compare the psychological before and after the experiment The changes of scale factors,inductive analysis of the impact of mass aerobics exercise on college students' mental health,aim to promote the further development of aerobics in colleges and universities,and provide a theoretical reference for exploring the related issues of different physical exercise to promote college students' mental health.The results show that after three months of exercise of the first-level movement of mass aerobics,college students have different degrees of significant differences in the five factors of somatization factor,depression factor,inferiority factor,social withdrawal factor and obsessive factor.Conclusion: 1.Compared with the national norm,the mental health status of pre-experimental college students is the largest proportion of somatic factors,compulsive factors and impulsive factors in the evaluation of “symptoms more obvious”,anxiety factor,compulsion factor and The social withdrawal factor has the largest proportion in the evaluation of “possibly symptomatic”.Although most college students have psychological problems that are light or heavy,mostof them are within the scope of mental health.2.After 3 months of mass aerobics exercise,the mental health level of college students generally improved to different degrees in somatization,depression,inferiority,coercion and social withdrawal factors,and the mean value of each factor was lower than before the experiment,indicating that the public Aerobics exercise has played a certain role in promoting the mental health of college students.3.By analyzing the test results before and after the experiment and observing the mean value of each factor,the mean value measured after the experiment showed a downward trend compared with the mean measured before the experiment,indicating that the mass aerobics exercise played a certain role in promoting the mental health of college students.Suggestions: 1.Pay attention to the psychological status of college students and set the content of aerobics teaching in a targeted manner.Fully understand the psychological characteristics and mental health of college students at this stage,select the teaching content,select the teaching methods and organizational forms in a targeted manner,strengthen the physical quality of college students and strengthen the cultivation of college students' mental health quality.2.Pay attention to the mental health education in colleges and universities and strengthen the combination of college sports and psychological education.When college students enter the school,they add mental health tests to test the mental health status of college students from time to time.The mental health education is infiltrated into college classrooms,especially the promotion of college sports on the psychological aspects of college students.According to the actual sports activities that promote physical and mental development,The sports option class introduces exercise prescriptions into some physical education classes;strengthens the promotion and prevention of common mental illnesses.3.Combine the characteristics of the project to create a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere and enhance the mental health effect.While introducing new projects and teaching professional skills,we have a clear understanding of the project characteristics,creating a teaching situation that is consistent with the characteristics of the college students and the characteristics of the project,creating a relaxed and pleasant classroom
