The important thought of human resource management views the human beings as the most important resource, permeating the idea-ruling by man through the whole enterprise management course, and mobilizes the activity and creativity of staff to raise the competitive power of enterprises. This is interlinked with the ideas "schooling is based on the students" and "students are the main body of schooling". As to the College class management, there are lots of things for reference in the human resource management. If the ways and theories of enterprises' human resource management can be integrated into the college class management, it may provide a new idea and approach for college class management.In view of the challenges faced by nowadays college class management in our country, this paper, based on the theoretical method of enterprises'human resource management, explores the feasible ways of college class management, which are similar to the routine ways of the quality management system carried out in the enterprises.Tere are introduction,Epilogue,text(four sections)in my thesis.Introduction exposes the research significance of my topic and the theoric and realistic significance of my research to the topic,also comes up with the weakness of existed research finding.Though the college class management has important significance, our country'college class management faces lots of challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to make a deep study on the college class management. This is just the main content of this thesis'first and second chapter and the objective of this thesis'subject selection.Comparing the similarities and differences between college class management and enterprises'human resource management, the third chapter studies the feasibility of college class management learning from ways of the human resource management. Compared with the practice of human resource management, content management, college classes much easier. But the two main elements, such as the focus is similar, in part or entirely consistent.The fourth chapter is the main part of this paper. It sums up the essential elements about what the college class management could learn from the human resource management, and therefore establishes the ways of routine class management. First, the emphasis must be student-centered class management. Practice with the students, in class management should adhere to the principle of comprehensive development, the principle of dialogue exchanges, self-management principles, norms and institutional principle. Second, educational goals and management objectives from the two aspects of the class described how management by objectives. Third, students discussed the principles of career planning, steps, and career planning goals and the problem of combining classes. Fourth, explore the motivation of human resources management theory in the management of the use of university classes. Finally, examples detail how to establish procedures, and institutional performance management students.Epilogue akes a concluson about the above research,and puts forward some questions to be solved.
