With the reform of the education system and changes in market demand, there is a declining quality of students in secondary vocational schools. On the one hand, the number of students with learning difficulties is increasing; on the other hand, the efficiency of transforming these students is unsatisfactory. There are many factors resulting in this problem, in which management lagging should be seriously taken into consideration. Therefore, the thesis attempts to study the transformation of students with learning difficulties from the perspective of management.In this thesis, the author adopts methods including the literature method, field trips, questionnaires, interviews, and case study. On the base of combing various documents and by interviewing students, teachers, head teachers, management staffs and executives as well as analyzing the questionnaires feedback from 780 students and 50 teachers, the thesis develops a full investigation into the current situation and management of students with learning difficulties. From the three perspectives of management body and its staffs, management policy, management activities, the operation of transforming students with learning difficulties has been elaborated and its causes and efficient measures have also been put forward.The survey shows that nearly one in five students has learning difficulties in A school and the number increases as the students ascend to a new grade, what's more, there is a negative trend from the "attitude" to "behavior". Also, the survey indicates that some management defects exist in the transformation work and some causes are blamed for it including the lack of correct idea, effective practice and strong protection support.On the basis of analyzing the above causes, the thesis puts forward some policies on how to transform the students with learning difficulties from the perspective of management, such as:scientific management principles should be established in a full scale of the school; optimizing management functions and enriching management methods. At the same time, schools should strive to improve the management system, beautify campus environment, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the management staffs and promote their skills, so as to establish a long-term, stable management mechanism to ensure the transformation of the students with learning difficulties.
