Education is the chief insurance for the human beings'achievements. And the education in the junior high school is one of the most important stages, for it connects with the admit to the university, which is essential to a person. As is known to all, every student in the high school is devoted to a goal: going to university. The annual examination in summer is the ruler for the education. Teachers act in their classes according to the ruler. So the students under this teaching system are called the product of the education, who is considered as expert in achieving high scores but low in showing abilities. And even in the last decade, graduates from the universities are often unemployed when the go into the society. At the same time, several new education theories has appeared in the international education field, which gradually has an impact on our education. It advocates character education . In 1999, the eight round education reform began in China, which is called the basic curriculum reform. And education evaluation is involved. The assays on the evaluation of teachers teaching in classes are arising. Columns of them are referring to the students, while the teachers are seldom mentioned. Progress has been made in our class-teaching. But still teachers cannot devote their intelligence and potential abilities to the class. Mainly it is because of our evaluation system in class-teaching is to be refines. This is why the essay is written.The essay first restricts the range of the study to the junior high middle school in Hebei. And then it affirms the role of the teachers after searching for hundreds of essays on the periods web and in some great books home and abroad. Teachers play an important role in teaching, in most international education reforms, and also in our new curriculum reform, who is among the elements of the circle of education-according to the systematic idea. They mostly depend on classes to continue knowledge and cultivate the students. The three new supporting for the modern teachers are"humanist""diversified intelligence theory""construction theory". we teachers have the requirement to acquire them. Many phenomenon in our class-teaching result from our ever-lasting ruler-the annual examination system, which is in charge of its adapt evaluation. So it is necessary to rebuild an effect evaluation system for class-teaching. It helps to fulfill the new curriculum reform as well as promote the teacher themselves developing. The essay mainly chose the questionnaire as the form of the survey so as to make sure of the firstly questions. As the result of the survey, it is found that the teachers in Hebei hold an active attitude to the new curriculum. They know some principles and long to put them into practice but they show little satisfaction when they are evaluated on class-teaching. The action has a lot in make-believing. Especially the strategies and approaches are to be refined. The goal and the standard are to be changeable and flexible. Sometimes it is possible and a must for the government to be responsible . Only in this way can the teachers develop better and the new curriculum reform go well.
